摘要： The invention relates to the separation and recovery of components from vegetable raw materials. The invention provides a method for separating components from vegetable material which comprises at least leaf and/or stem parts, characterized in that the material is at the least partly fiberized and subsequently is separated into a fiber fraction and a juice stream, such that the fiber fraction principally comprises relatively firm tissues such as epidermis, sclerenchyma and vascular bundles, and the juice stream principally contains soft tissues such as parenchyma and cytosol. In a preferred embodiment, the invention provides a method for separating a juice stream which comprises in particular chloroplasts.
