摘要： The cold flow properties of fuels, in particular, diesel fuels can be improved by the addition of reaction products of amines of general formula (I) NR1R2R3 in which R1, R2, R3, independently = H, 1 to 22 C alkyl, or a 1 to 22 C hydroxylalkyl group or a 1 to 22 C aminoalkyl with fatty acids of general formula (II) R4-COOH in which R4 = branched or unbranched 7 to 25 C alkyl or alkylene group in the molar ratio (I) : (II) of 1 : 1 to 1 : 3 at a temperature of 80 to 140 °C.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing acyl amino acids, according to which a mixture of at least one amino acid or the salt thereof and an alkali source is introduced into a reactor and said mixture is added to a polyisotopic element containing fatty acid halides of formula (I): R1COX, wherein R1 represents an alkyl or alkenyl group with between 6 and 22 carbon atoms and X represents chlorine, bromine or iodine. The invention also relates to the resultant products and to the use thereof in cosmetic products and in detergents, dishwashing detergents and cleaning agents.
