摘要： A pump (1) including a control unit (4) is provided. The control unit comprises a housing element (9), a valve element (10) where the two elements are rotatable with respect to each other. The control unit can be set in three positions, a balloon inflating position, a reservoir bag pumping position and an air evacuation position. The control unit may comprise a spring release valve (20) for releasing overpressure in the system. The pump is adapted for use with a system for performing anal irrigation. A system for use in anal irrigation and a method for performing anal irrigation are also disclosed.
