摘要： The invention relates to a tire tread for a two-wheel vehicle, which improves the rolling grip on an operating surface capable of becoming slippery, said tread including units (1, 2, 3) separated from each other by grooves (4), each unit including a contact surface (10, 20, 30) intended to come into contact with the operating surface when the tire is rolling, and side surfaces intersecting the contact surface in order to form edges defining a contour of the contact surface having a geometric shape with at least three branches, each branch (11, 21, 31) ending in a point (110, 210, 310) the angle of which is equal to at least 20 degrees and, at most, equal to 90 degrees, the branches (11, 21, 31) of each unit (1, 2, 3), taken in twos, defining recessed portions (1, 2, 3) therebetween, each unit (1, 2, 3) being provided with slots (111, 112, 113; 211, 212, 213; 311, 312, 313) terminating, at one of the ends thereof, in one of the recesses formed on the surface of the unit, and at a single point at the other end thereof, so as to create basic patterns including at least two points of the contact surface, said basic patterns of a single unit making contact with each other as the contact surface passes over the operating surface. Furthermore, in at least one portion of the tread, the orientations of the units (1, 2, 3) are angularly offset relative to each other based on the axial position thereof relative to the equatorial mid-plane.

摘要： The invention relates to a ball-hitting sole for a table tennis racket, including a flexible coating (118) made of an elastic material and having one surface (135) provided with elastically deformable lugs (120) projecting from said surface. The sole can particularly be used in a table tennis racket in which the surface with the lugs (120) of said sole (112) is facing the inner side of the racket paddle (115) so that the free ends (124) of the lugs, which have side surfaces with concave curved profiles (125), are applied against a layer (126) of an elastic material connected to the paddle and having an elasticity modulus substantially lower than that of the elastic coating (118) of the sole. The smooth surface (115-1) of the sole opposite the lugs (120) defines the hitting surface of the racket.

摘要： The invention relates to a shoe having a sole made of an elastomer material having an improved grip on a ground and having an interface that may include an intermediate foreign material, said sole including blocks (31) separated from each other by grooves (35). 摘要： According to one aspect, the shoe sole comprises at least one main ground engagement section specifically designed to respond to certain modes of solicitation by the foot of the player. Such section is provided with a sculpted pattern having recesses and solid areas. The recesses and solid areas are distributed to minimize pressures or stress differences throughout the ground engagement section concerned so as to provide better adherence and lower wear by abrasion in response to such mode of solicitations. Preferably this arrangement is applied to more than one main ground engagement section in the shoe sole, each of which offers a specific response to a particular mode of solicitation by a player in action. According to a preferred embodiment the recesses are made of elongated cells opening in a corresponding solid area through an elongated aperture with rounded ends. The application of these principles to the production of a tennis shoe is described.
