A mounted assembly (31) is composed of a tire (32), preferably tubeless, mounted on a rim (33) and inflated to an initial pressure, the tire comprising an inner surface forming the wall (34) of the tire cavity, in contact with the internal air, the wall of the tire cavity being at least partially covered with a self-sealing material (35). An inflation interface (36) is introduced into the tire cavity by piercing a hole in the wall of the tire cavity in an area covered by the self-sealing material, the inflation interface is extracted from the tire cavity after inflation, and the pierced hole in the wall of the tire cavity is sealed spontaneously by the self-sealing material, after the extraction of the inflation interface.

The invention relates to a tyre (1) for a two-wheeled vehicle, comprising a tread surface (2) comprising studs (3) made from an elastomeric material, the studs (3) extending radially from a bottom surface (4), at least one stud (3) comprising a first portion (31) with height hi extending radially between the bottom surface (4) and a second portion with height h 2 , the first portion (31) comprising a radially outer face (311) with surface S1 and the second portion (32) comprising a radially inner face (321) with surface S2, the radially outer face (311) of the first portion (31) and the radially inner face (321) of the second portion (32) having non-coinciding respective outer contours and being in contact with each other by a contact surface S12. The aim of the inventors was to design tread surface studs for a tyre for a two-wheeled vehicle for which a manual cutting operation is easy, quick and reproducible. According to the invention, this aim was achieved by a contact surface S12 between the radially outer face (311) of the first potion (31) and the radially inner face (321) of the second portion (32) at most equal to 0.6 times the surface S1 of the radially outer face (311) of the first portion (31).
