摘要: A triboelectric device that acts as self-powered transductor in a reduced scale to obtain physicochemical information instantaneously. The triboelectric transductor device comprises one or more transductors (1) comprising a bottom electrode (2), a charged triboelectric friction element (3) placed over the bottom electrode (2), and at least two top electrodes (4) electrically connected and smaller than the bottom electrode (2) placed over the triboelectric friction element (3) defining at least one gap (5) between them, exposing the triboelectric friction element (3) to the external environment so that on contacting a drop of liquid makes an electrical connection between the top electrodes (4) varying instantaneously the capacitance of the transductor (1) generating an electrical signal containing physicochemical information of the liquid in contact with the device readout by an acquisition and analysis module (7) which comprises at least of a resistive load.

摘要: A triboelectric device that acts as self-powered transductor in a reduced scale to obtain physicochemical information instantaneously. The device comprises one or more transductors (1) comprising a bottom electrode (2), a charged triboelectric friction element (3) placed over the bottom electrode (2), and at least one top electrode (4) smaller than the bottom electrode (2) and placed over the triboelectric friction element (3) and defining at least one gap (5) on the friction element (3) of nonoverlapping area with respect to the bottom electrode (2), exposing the triboelectric friction element (3) to the external environment so that contacting with a finger or solid varies instantaneously the capacitance of the transductor (1) generating an electrical signal containing physicochemical information of the solid in contact with the device readout by an acquisition and analysis module (7) which comprises at least of a resistive load.
