摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide an electrode plate stacking method and apparatus, and a stacking machine, which can effectively reduce the scrap rate of battery cells. The method includes: determining, based on a first electrode plate, a conveying order of a plurality of second electrode plates, the first electrode plate being a continuous electrode plate, the plurality of second electrode plates including at least one upper electrode plate and at least one lower electrode plate, the plurality of second electrode plates being discontinuous electrode plates, and the conveying order being used for conveying the at least one upper electrode plate and the at least one lower electrode plate alternately; generating an identifier sequence for the plurality of second electrode plates based on the conveying order; and collecting first image data of each of the plurality of second electrode plates based on the identifier sequence in a process of conveying the plurality of second electrode plates in the conveying order.

The present application can enable a preset distance to be maintained between edges of the laminated cathode sheet and anode sheet, avoid poor dislocation of the cathode sheet and the anode sheet, and increase the yield of the battery cell.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a material strip feeding detection method for a stacking machine, a material strip feeding detection apparatus for a stacking machine, a stacking machine, an electronic device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The material strip (800, 1310, 1410, 1510, 1610, 1710, 1810) comprises a plurality of first electrode plates distributed continuously in a feeding direction (104, 801, 1311, 1511). The material strip feeding detection method comprises: shooting with at least one set of camera apparatuses (1340, 1421, 1422, 1541, 1542, 1621, 1622, 1721, 1722, 1821, 1822) to obtain at least one material strip image (500, 810, 820); determining whether the material strip image (500, 810, 820) comprises a first marker and a second marker; acquiring a target deviation of the first marker relative to a preset position based on the material strip image (500, 810, 820) in response to determining that the material strip image (500, 810, 820) comprises the first marker, controlling the material strip feeding detection apparatus to perform feeding deviation rectification of the material strip (800, 1310, 1410, 1510, 1610, 1710, 1810) conveyed on a conveying mechanism based on the target deviation, and controlling a cutting mechanism (1370, 1570) to cut the material strip (800, 1310, 1410, 1510, 1610, 1710, 1810) on the conveying mechanism after the feeding deviation rectification; determining a complete first electrode plate based on the first marker, to ensure that a complete material strip image (500, 810, 820) is obtained, and determining the feeding based on the first marker; the second marker is used for indicating the lamination position for a second electrode plate that is of an opposite polarity to the first electrode plate on the material strip (800, 1310, 1410, 1510, 1610, 1710, 1810).

The electrode assembly includes anode electrode plates and cathode electrode plates stacked alternately in a first direction. The method includes: determining whether there are a plurality of consecutive tabs misaligned with each other in a first electrode plate assembly; and adjusting, if there are a plurality of consecutive tabs misaligned with each other, a cutting position of the first electrode plate assembly to adjust a width of first electrode plates obtained after cutting, such that tabs of a plurality of first electrode plates obtained after cutting the first electrode plate assembly are aligned with each other, the first electrode plates being anode electrode plates or cathode electrode plates. The method and device for correcting positions of tabs of an electrode assembly according to the embodiments of the present application can effectively correct the positions of the tabs and improve the performance and the manufacturing efficiency of the electrode assembly.

The battery electrode plates qualified in the detection may be used to perform a subsequent manufacturing process, and the battery electrode plates unqualified in the detection can be treated by waste discharge, so as to ensure the quality of the battery and improve the good product rate of the battery.

Obtaining the offset distance between the detection reference (10) and the cutting position (2100) of the electrode plate (2000) is equivalent to obtaining a deviation from the detection reference (10) caused during transferring of the electrode plate (2000). In this way, the actual position of the cutting position (2100) can be obtained, so as to obtain the accurate time point when the cutting position (2100) is conveyed to the cutting device (40), so that the cutting device (40) can accurately cut at the cutting position (2100), thereby improving the cutting accuracy, and helping to improve the cutting and forming quality of the electrode plate (2000) and reliability and safety of batteries using such electrode plate (2000).
