The lithium replenishment device (2) is configured to clad a lithium strip to a surface of a master pole piece body (200) and form a master pole piece (210). A slitting device (3) is configured to slit the master pole piece (210) into a plurality of pole pieces (211). The winding devices (4) are configured to pull the pole pieces (211) to travel, each of the winding devices (4) winding one corresponding pole piece (211). The slitting device (3) is disposed in an accommodating cavity (51a) of the protection device (5). The protection device (5) is configured to at least partially separate particles from an external environment in a case that the slitting device (3) slits the master pole piece (210) and generates the particles. According to the pole piece forming apparatus, the protection device (5) is provided with the accommodating cavity (51a) in which the slitting device (3) is disposed, which can reduce air content at a slitting place of the master pole piece (210), thereby reducing the risk of combustion of the particles generated by slitting, and improving safety in the production process of the pole pieces (211). Meanwhile, the risk that the pole pieces (211) are punctured can be reduced, thereby improving the work safety of the pole pieces (211) in the subsequent using process.

In adjacent two of the accommodating mechanisms, the second side of one of the accommodating mechanisms is opposite the first side of another one of the accommodating mechanisms. The moving mechanism is configured to move the immersion mechanism that is in one of the accommodating mechanisms and near the second side to the first side of another one of the accommodating mechanisms, and relocate the waste that is in the immersion mechanism. This application can improve the production safety of batteries.
