摘要: Provided in embodiments of the present application are a cell electrode plate feeding device, a cell manufacturing apparatus, and a cell electrode plate feeding method. The cell electrode plate feeding device comprises a conveying device and a vacuum suction device. The conveying device is configured to convey an electrode plate to be wound and comprises a support base and a conveying body, the support base comprising an accommodating cavity, the conveying body being mounted on the support base, and the conveying body being provided with a communicating portion, by means of which a space of the conveying body on a side away from the accommodating cavity is in communication with the accommodating cavity. The vacuum suction device is in communication with the accommodating cavity, and the vacuum suction device is configured to suck air between a conveying surface of the conveying body and the electrode plate, so as to enable the electrode plate to be attached to the conveying surface of the conveying body. According to the present application, the vacuum suction device is used to suck the air between the conveying surface of the conveying body and the electrode plate, so that the electrode plate can be fixed and the head of the electrode plate is prevented from swinging freely, which is conducive to improving the flatness and alignment of the electrode plate during feeding and thus improving the production efficiency of cells.

By using the tab flattening device (10), the folded part of the tab (310) can be flattened to solve the problems of a folded tab, sagging edges, or a curved tab after the tab (310) is formed, and also to prevent a folded part of the tab (310) from being jammed.

The first push member is disposed on the support shaft, and is configured to push the first ends of the plurality of support sheets in a substantially radial direction, to move the first ends towards the support shaft and move the second ends away from the support shaft, or to move the first ends away from the support shaft and move the second ends towards the support shaft, enabling a diameter of the roll surface to gradually vary from the first ends to the second ends. A taper of the roll surface of the taper-adjustable roller according to the present disclosure can be adjusted based on tightness of a strip at two sides. When the strip passes the roll surface, a tension difference between the two sides of the strip and occurrence of wrinkling, tearing or deformation of the strip can be reduced.

When the operation is completed, the support is arranged in the collapsed position, and at this time, the support is collapsed and the press cover is lowered for a next operation.
