In order to prevent stick-slip and dynamic effects that arise in particular at the sealing ring and that cause background noise, according to the invention means are provided for reducing a surface of the displaceable wall (2, 39) that is effectively acted upon by subdividing the working chamber (3, 4) into a prechamber (30, 42) and a main chamber (31, 43) at the beginning of an actuation of the braking force amplifier.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for fixing a power brake to the splash board of an automobile using an adapter, said power brake being activated by a plunger rod. A sealing element arranged between the adapter and the splash board also fits closely to the plunger rod so as to provide a radial seal. According to the invention, the power brake (1) has at least one connecting pin (10, 11) to ensure that the sealing element is correctly positioned when the power brake is assembled. Fixing elements (16, -, 14, 15) are configured at the ends for fixing the power brake (1) to the adapter (3) and a main braking cylinder to the power brake housing (20), said main braking cylinder being situated downstream from the power brake (1). The invention also provides that the adapter (3) has at least one cavity (17) for receiving the designated fixing element (16), and the sealing element (4) has at least one guide bush (22) which can be slid onto the fixing element (16).

    摘要: The invention relates to a master cylinder (1), in particular for a hydraulic braking system, comprising at least one pressure chamber (3) that is configured in a housing (2) of the master cylinder (1) and at least one container bore (4) for accommodating a hydraulic fluid container (5). According to the invention, a valve (6) is provided with a closing body (7, 24), which can be displaced into an open position or a closed position as a result of a prevailing pressure differential between the pressure chamber (3) and the hydraulic fluid container (5). In the open position, the valve (6) permits a flow (S1) of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid container (5) to the pressure chamber (3) and in the closed position restricts or prevents a flow (S2) of hydraulic fluid in the opposite direction to the hydraulic fluid flow (S1), from the pressure chamber (3) to the hydraulic fluid container (5). To permit the reduction of the free travel of the master cylinder, in addition to the vacuum filling of the braking system, means are provided, which hold the closing body (7, 24) that is subjected to a closing pressure differential, induced by an evacuation that enables the braking system to be vacuum filled, in the open position and which permit the displacement of the closing body (7, 24) into the closed position, when the brakes are actuated.
