    摘要: The invention relates to a brake-actuation unit for the actuation of a motor vehicle brake system of the type “brake-by-wire,” which consists of a brake servo which can be actuated according to the driver's wishes by means of a brake pedal set on a shaft as well as by means of an electronic control unit, wherein methods of decoupling of a power-transferring connection between the brake pedal and the brake servo in the “brake-by-wire” mode of operation are planned, and includes methods for registering a driver's wish to decelerate, as well as for a pedal travel simulator that works with the brake pedal, which is made by means of a simulator spring, which is arranged action-oriented between a power-transferring part connected to the brake pedal and a simulator housing, which by means of two bearings is lying on the shaft. According to the invention, it is planned that the simulator housing (22) has a cylindrical area (26) to accommodate the two bearings (27, 28). By means of this method, the distortions which appear in the actuation of the pedal travel simulator can be significantly reduced.

    摘要: The invention relates to a brake by-wire actuator for actuating the braking system of a motor vehicle, comprising at least one simulator (2) which can be impinged upon by a brake pedal (1), a signal of the actuation sensor (3) being supplied to an electronic control unit (4) which controls a pressure source according to the signal of the actuation sensor (3), one output of the pressure source being connected to a distributor device (10) for the braking force, and actuates individual wheel brakes (16) of the vehicle. Means are also provided to enable actuation of the brakes by muscular power within a recoil plane. In order to provide an improved recoil plane in a brake-by-wire actuator of the above-mentioned variety, free travel (a) is foreseen between a first actuation component (47), such as a brake pedal (1) or a component (36;21) connected thereto, and an actuation component (37) located downstream in the force flow such that the first actuation component (47) can be mechanically decoupled from force reactions occurring in the vehicle braking system in a by-wire mode.
