The clamping means has a first end (41), a second end (42) and an intermediate section (43) extending between the first end (41) and the second end (42). At least one of the first end (41) and second end (42) is attached to the outer surface of the mold (10) using welding, brazing or soldering, so as to at least partly fixate the at least one coil (21-23) to the outer surface of the mold (10). The intermediate section (43) at least partially encloses the at least one wire (211-213) or coil (21-23) to hold said at least one wire (211-213) or coil (21-23) in place on the outer surface of the mold (10).
