摘要： The present invention provides a synergistic composition of bioactive fraction essentially constituting iridoid glucosides, acetyl barlerin and shanzhiside methyl ester isolated from a plant source Barleria prionitis linn along with a process for the isolation of the bioactive fraction, the present invention also relates to a use of treating mammals for hepatotoxicity, stress and immuno-deficiency with the synergistic bioactive composition.
