    摘要: An endoscopic surgical instrument is provided. The instrument includes a housing, a handle, an elongated shaft extending distally from the housing and defining a longitudinal axis, an end effector assembly (120), a drive assembly, a clevis (150), a first link (160), and a second link (170). The end effector assembly is disposed adjacent a distal end of the elongated shaft and includes a first jaw member (130) and a second jaw member (140). The first link (160) is pivotably connected to the clevis (150) about a first pivot axis (152), and is pivotably connected to the first jaw member about a first jaw member pivot. The second link (170) is pivotably connected to the clevis (150) about a second pivot axis (154), and is pivotably connected to the second jaw member about a second jaw member pivot. The first pivot axis (152) and the second pivot axis (154) are offset from the longitudinal axis.
