The group management apparatus comprises: an acquiring component (35a) that acquires operating data of the numerous installation devices via controllers (20a, 20b, 20c) that are placed in each building and control the numerous installation devices inside the buildings; a summarizing component (35c) that summarizes, per group, operating data values that are values represented by the operating data; and a screen generating component (35e) that generates a screen in which the results, with respect to the plurality of groups, of the operating data values having been summarized by the summarizing component are juxtaposed.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a group management apparatus or a group management system for efficiently assessing operational conditions of large number of air conditioning facilities installed in plural buildings. A group management system (100) of the present invention is a group management apparatus (30) for managing large number of air conditioning facilities (10a, 10b, 10c) installed in plural buildings (50a, 50b, 50c) as plural groups (15a, 15b, 15c). The group management apparatus (30) includes an obtaining section (35a) and an extracting section (35c). The obtaining section obtains operational data of the large number of air conditioning facilities within the buildings through plural control units (20a, 20b, 20c) disposed in the buildings for controlling the large number of air conditioning facilities. The extracting section extracts a group (groups) satisfying predetermined conditions based on plural assessment perspectives.

摘要： An object of the invention is to monitor operating data related to power consumption and the like in an air conditioner and to inform users of the operating status of the air conditioner, leading to lower power consumption. The air conditioning control device (1) of the present invention is an air conditioning control device for obtaining and controlling data on an air conditioner including a plurality of indoor units, the device comprising a data retrieval component (24), a data collection component (22), an analysis component (21), and an analyzed results display component (23). The data retrieval component retrieves air conditioner operating data including power consumption data for each indoor unit. The data collection component collects operating data at certain periods of time. The analysis component analyzes operating data for each indoor unit. The analyzed results display component visualizes and displays the analyzed data that has been analyzed by the analysis component.
