摘要： Novel, fusible, liquid crystalline polyesters having lateral propargyloxy groups which undergo self-crosslinking in the liquid crystal phase at above their melting point are described. The polyesters are based on 2,5-bis (propargyloxy) terephtalic acid and 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl. The novel fusible polyesters may be used, for example, for materials having reinforcing properties.
