There is included an anchor device (3) located at the seabed (1), and at least one anchoring line (6, 8) adapted to connect the anchor device (3) to the mooring means (11) on the ship (10). A permanent anchor device preferably in the form of suction anchor (3), gravitation anchor or pile anchor, is provided with swivel means for the anchoring line (6), and a buoyant body (7) is attached to a middle portion of the anchoring line (6, 8). Moreover, there is provided a hose (9) connected to the swivel means (5) and to the ship (10), for loading or unloading operations.

    摘要: A method and a system for connecting a submerged loading/unloading buoy (2) to a submerged receiving space (3) in a floating vessel (1), for transfer of a medium, especially oil, to or from the vessel, wherein the buoy (2) is anchored to the sea bed (4) and is connected to a transfer line (6) for medium. According to one variant of the method, a sink line (16) is lowered from the vessel (1) through the receiving space (3), an auxiliairy buoy (18) being attached to the sink line end, possibly via an additional line (19), and the auxiliary buoy (18) being caused to come to the water surface. A suitably marked pick-up line (12), which is connected to the buoy (2), is taken up and connected to the sink line, whereafter the vessel (1) by a positioning means is moved into position above the submerged buoy (2) and said lines (16, 12) are pulled up through the receiving space (3), so that the buoy (2) is hoisted up and moved to a locking position therein, whereafter the buoy is locked in place in the receiving space. The vessel is provided with a hoisting means (11) to hoist up said lines and the buoy (2), and also with a service shaft (9) connecting the receiving space (3) to the deck (8) of the vessel.

The method comprises the steps of a) firstly effecting filling of a desired number of the centre tanks (3), these being substantially narrower and having a correspondingly smaller volume than the wing tanks (5, 6), b) thereafter opening bulkhead valves (17) between a centre tank (3) and an appurtenant wing tank pair (5, 6), and sluicing out oil from the centre tanks (3) into the two wing tanks (5, 6) by means of the static pressure from the centre tanks, the bulkhead valves (18) between the centre tanks (3) being open, so that the wing tank pair (5, 6) is filled as quiclky as possible by suitable operation of the bulkhead valves (18) between the centre tanks (3) and of the valves (20) of the loading line (19) to the centre tanks (3), c) closing the bulkhead valves (17) to the two wing tanks (5, 6) when these and the appurtenant centre tank (3) are filled to a desired level, and d) repeating the filling process according to the steps b) and c) successively for additional wing tank pairs (5, 6) after that all centre tanks (3) have been filled again.
