摘要: In the present invention, there is provided an urethane resin composition containing an urethane resin (A), water (B), and a surfactant (C) having no aromatic ring, and having a hydrophobic portion having 10 or more carbon atoms, wherein the urethane resin composition has a carbonate structure (X) and an oxyalkylene structure (Y) derived from the urethane resin (A). Further, the present invention provides a foamed urethane sheet which is formed from the urethane resin composition, wherein the foamed urethane sheet has a density of 200 to 1,000 kg/m 3 . The urethane resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the carbonate structure (X) to the oxyalkylene structure (Y) [X/Y] is in the range of from 10/90 to 90/10.

摘要: The present invention provides a urethane resin composition including a urethane resin (A) having a nonionic group, water (B), and a powder (C), wherein the urethane resin (A) has a flow start temperature of 100°C or above, the mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of the urethane resin (A) to the water (B) is in the range of 50/50 to 80/20, and the bulk density of the powder (C) is 400 g/L or less. The present invention also provides a synthetic leather including at least a base fabric (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), wherein the adhesive layer (ii) is formed from the urethane resin composition. The urethane resin composition can form a film with excellent peel strength and texture.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a coagulated article, which includes coagulating an aqueous urethane resin composition with a coagulant containing a metal salt and water and being heated to 40°C or higher. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a coagulated article, from which a coagulated article having excellent texture can be obtained without using an organic solvent. According to the method of the present invention, a coagulated article having excellent texture can be obtained. Further, an organic solvent is not used for a coagulating bath, and therefore there is no fear of exposure to a harmful volatile substance or diffusion of the substance into the environment, and further the treatment of waste liquid of such a coagulating bath is easy, which contributes to suppression of the cost of production. Therefore, a coagulated article obtained by the method of the present invention can be advantageously used in producing gloves, a coating material, a simulated leather sheet, and the like.

摘要: The present invention provides a urethane resin composition containing a urethane resin (A) having a hydrophilic group, water (B), and a film-forming aid (C) containing a compound (c1) having a molecular weight of 300 or less having two to four alcoholic hydroxy groups. The present invention also provides a laminate having at least a substrate (i) and a foaming layer (ii) formed of the urethane resin composition. This urethane resin composition has excellent blending stability and can form a coating film having excellent crack resistance and texture even under mechanical foaming.
