The present invention relates to a decorative sheet prepared by forming a curing type resin layer comprising an actinic energy ray curing type resin on an uppermost surface of a thermoplastic resin base material sheet, wherein the curing type resin layer contains silica, and at least a part of the above silica is silica having a hydrophobicity degree of 40 or more and 60 or less measured according to a methanol titration method. Capable of being provided is a decorative sheet which has a curing type resin layer on an uppermost surface and which is excellent in an impact resistance, a scratching resistance and an alkali resistance and excellent as well in an adhesive property with a lustering agent (wax, lacquer and the like).

The present invention provides a decorative sheet for floor material, in which a synthetic resin layer (backer layer) that is a polypropylene resin layer is adhered to a decoration sheet (decorative sheet intermediate). The decorative sheet for floor material offers improved adhesion between the backer layer and the decoration sheet. More specifically, the present invention provides a decorative sheet for floor material comprising a decorative sheet intermediate in which one or more layers are laminated on the front surface of a base material sheet, and a synthesis resin layer having a thickness of 150 µm or more that is formed on the back surface of the base material sheet via an adhesive layer, wherein (1) the synthetic resin layer comprises two or more polypropylene resin layers, and (2) of the two or more polypropylene resin layers, the polypropylene resin layer in contact with the base material sheet has a flexural rigidity of 200 to 500 MPa.
