摘要： A reagent for the determination of an antibody against an esterase from pathogenic streptococci, comprises

reagent 1: an esterase from pathogenic streptococci,
reagent 2: a protein which is capable of binding to an antibody against the esterase and is bound to an insoluble carrier, and
reagent 3: a reagent for measuring an activity of the esterase.

The reagent can be used for the determination of an antibody against an esterase from pathogenic streptococci and is useful for diagnosis of various diseases caused by pathogenic streptococci infections.
