As the fitting head portion (28) is fitted to the long hole (42), a boss portion (22) of the clip (1) moves within the cutaway groove portion (6) to bring the seat plate member (33) into contact with the attachment receiving member (41) and to elastically lock a pair of elastic locking pieces (31) with the periphery of each longer side portion of the long hole (42).
