摘要: There is provided a ladle conveying system for calcium carbide, where the operations for replacing wires and changing tracks are unnecessary, and the efficiency of a ladle conveying operation can be enhanced. In the system, a product receiving region including tap outlets of a calcium carbide producing furnace and a product unloading region away from the furnace are connected by a loop track; a plurality of ladles and a plurality of bogies are grouped into a first ladle group and a second ladle group; the first and second ladle groups are disposed opposite to each other on the track; a first wire is linked to the leading bogie, in the clockwise direction on the loop track, of the first ladle group; a second wire is linked to the leading bogie, in the counterclockwise direction, of the second ladle group; and a linkage wire tightly links the rearmost bogie, in the clockwise direction, of the first ladle group with the rearmost bogie, in the counterclockwise direction, of the second ladle group. By reeling the first wire by a first winch, the first ladle group is moved in the clockwise direction along the track from the product receiving region to the product unloading region. At the same time, the second ladle group is moved in the clockwise direction along the track from the product receiving region to the product unloading region.
