摘要： The present invention relates to a method for selecting monoclonal antibodies. The method comprises the fusion of B-lymphocytes with myeloma cells to form hybridome cells that produce antibodies. The antibodies are presented on the cell surface of the hybridome cells by an antibody-binding protein. The invention also relates to the binding of antibodies to antigens and to means which can be used therefor.
