    摘要: The invention concerns a gravity-feed unit dispensing cool drinks from a carboy comprising a breakable inner seal, comprising means supporting the upside-down carboy via its neck, which is centred on a striker, the latter comprising a discharge passage for the carboy communicating with a coiled pipe to cause the beverage to flow through a secondary exchanger, whereof the heat transferring agent has been previously cooled in a primary exchanger and brought to the secondary exchanger by a pump whereof the actuation is controlled by thermostatic means measuring the temperature of the heat transfer agent in the secondary exchanger. The primary exchanger comprises a heat source to cause the heat transfer agent to pass continuously inside a closed circuit mutually connecting the primary and secondary exchanger, even when the pump is inoperative.

    摘要: The invention concerns a water dispenser (1), for example but not exclusively of the type comprising a removable carboy (2), set on the striking device (and receptacle) (3); said carboy supplies with water the reservoir (4) which opens onto a dispensing tap (6). An evaporator (5) enables optional cooling of the water upstream of the tap (6). The invention consists in enclosing part (sufficient to obtain the desired effect) of the lateral surface of the reservoir (4) with a heating device (7), in particular a hot plate which matches the lateral surface of the reservoir (4). At regular intervals, the plate (7) heats the water of the reservoir (4) to a certain temperature and for sufficient time to destroy the pathogenic bacteria. The method is useful for disinfecting by integral periodic heating the system circulating and dispensing water to any type of fountain, carboy, with direct expansion, or with ice. The disinfection is complete, including at the microcracks, joints and the like and provides total destruction or prevention of biological film.
