摘要: A cup gasket is prevented from coming out to the low-pressure fluid side. A rotating-side seal ring 5 is formed in a substantially pentagonal shape in cross section having a cut portion 5a at which a corner portion on the inside-diameter side and the side opposite to a sealing face is cut in a tapered shape. A cup gasket 7 is fitted over the inside-diameter side and the back-surface side of the rotating-side seal ring 5, and is formed in a substantially L shape in cross section including an axial portion 7a in contact with the inside-diameter side of the rotating-side seal ring 5 and an inner cylindrical portion of the sleeve 2 and a radial portion 7b in contact with the back-surface side of the rotating-side seal ring 5 and a radial portion of the sleeve 2, and has a corner portion 7c facing the cut portion 5a formed in a shape along the cut portion 5a. The thickness of the corner portion 7c of the cup gasket 7 is set larger than a gap between the inside-diameter side of the rotating-side seal ring 5 and the inner cylindrical portion of the sleeve 2.

摘要: There is provided a sealing device for sealing an annular gap between a housing a shaft inserted into a shaft hole for preventing leaking of a fluid on one side in an axial direction to another side in the axial direction that is capable of stabilizing the posture of the sealing lip of the first sealing member made of rubber-like elastomer and exhibiting a good sealing performance. The sealing device is characterized by comprising: a first sealing member (120) made of rubber-like elastomer, a second sealing member (140) made of resin, an adaptor (160) including a positioning portion (161) that positions the first sealing member (120) in the axial direction, and a case (110), wherein the adaptor (160) has a bent portion (163) on one side of an inner peripheral end portion of the positioning portion (161) in the axial direction, in which an edge portion (165) at a tip (164) is bent toward an outer peripheral side so as to be spaced apart from an outer peripheral surface of a sealing lip (123) and a contacting portion (166) that is positioned further to an inner peripheral side from the tip (165) is in surface contact with the outer peripheral surface of the sealing lip (123).

摘要: Provided is a slide component that can prevent deposit formation on a sealing face as well as promoting circulation of a fluid on sealing faces while fulfilling both conflicting conditions of sealing and lubrication, to maintain the sealing function of the sealing faces for a long period of time. One slide part 5 is provided, on a low-pressure side of a sealing face thereof, with a negative pressure generation mechanism 10 including a negative pressure generation groove 10. The negative pressure generation groove 10a communicates with a high-pressure fluid side and is separated from a low-pressure fluid side by a land portion R. The other slide part 1 is provided, in a sealing face thereof, with at least one interference groove 15 communicating with the high-pressure fluid side for producing pressure variations in a fluid in the negative pressure generation groove 10a. The at least one interference groove 15 has an end 15a on an inside-diameter side extending to a position to radially overlap the negative pressure generation groove 10a.

摘要: Provided is a sealing device which can stably exhibit a sealing function and enables a reduction in the number of components as well as in a radial size of the device. The sealing device includes a metal cartridge case (110) having a case main body (111) and a first supporting portion (113), a resin sealing member (120), an elastic sealing member (130), and a metal fixing member (140). An outer diameter of a cylindrical portion (141) of the fixing member (140) is set to be equal to or smaller than an inner diameter of the case main body (111), and the cylindrical portion (141) and the case main body (111) are secured by welding. The resin sealing member (120) and the elastic sealing member (130) are fixed by being held in between the first supporting portion (113) and a second supporting portion (142) of the fixing member (140).

A mechanical seal (100) includes an annular holder (500) that is fixed to the sleeve (130) receives pressure from an O-ring (140) that receives, from the sealed-fluid side (F) in the axial direction, a fluid pressure (P) of a fluid to be sealed that flew into a space created by a flange portion (132) of the sleeve (130) and the retained portion (122) of the mating ring (120).
