摘要： An edible dental caring material for pets is provided which suits pets' taste much, and which is capable of eliminating residual food from an oral cavity of a pet by being bitten thereby, preventing a tooth from being coated with plaque and tarter, and massaging the gums. This material is characterized in that it is formed by using one of thread type, string type and thin tubular type casing members or combining a plurality of kinds of these with one another, preferably combining the casing member or combined casing members with string-shaped protein, carbonhydrate, or fat, intertwisting these members into a string type material, bundling or intertwisting such string type materials into a rope type material so that the resultant product does not untwist, and molding the product thus obtained to a preselected shape matching the kind and size of an object pet.

摘要： An effective and excellent method and apparatus for catching fleas which is safe for the living environment of human beings and can attract and capture fleas present in the living space of human beings with high efficiency. The method comprises emitting light effective for attracting fleas from a light source, applying the emitted light to a flea-catching region so that the illuminance is high enough to attract fleas even at a place away from the end of the catching means at a distance of maximum movement in one jumping of the flea, and catching the fleas thus attracted by the catching means. The apparatus comprises a light source which can emit light effective for attracting fleas and a catching section disposed on a flea-catching region and including a sticky surface that inclines downward from the side where the light source is installed, and is characterized in that light from the light source is applied to a flea-catching region so that the illuminance is high enough to attract fleas even at a place away from the end of the catching means at a distance of maximum movement in one jumping of the flea.

The edible dental care article for pets is characterized in that a casing material is processed in a thread-like manner, a string-like manner, or a thin-tube-like manner; one of the casing material or a combination of the casing material of several kinds, preferably combined with thread-like other proteins, carbohydrates or lipids, is twisted in a string-like manner; cord-like members are tied into a bundle or twisted together so as to make a rope-like member of a prescribed shape in conformity with the kind or size of a pet, with the twists of the rope-like member being treated so as not to loosen.
