The invention relates to a method for producing an anti-adherent coating (1) having a low-adherent surface, in addition to an anti-adherent coating and the uses of said anti-adherent coating. In order to provide resistance against solvents and corrosion and enable the invention to be used in the food industry, the inventive method is characterized in that a layer consisting of at least one plastic material is applied to a substrate (2). The surface of said layer (5) is provided with a plurality of substantially uniformly distributed micro-elevations (6) by adding constituents to the plastic material before application to the substrate (2). Said constituents prevent the plastic material from running during the processing thereof and promote the formation of substantially uniformly distributed micro-elevations (6). The invention relates to a high temperature-resistant stratified composite which comprises a coated base material (3), preferably a metal, at least one first layer (1) made of a fluorinated thermoplastic material which is applied directly or indirectly to the base material (3), and at least one second layer (2) made of a fluorinated thermoplastic material which is applied directly or indirectly to the first layer (1). In order to reduce the permeability to aggressive chemical media, the first layer (1) is composed of a mixture of perfluoroalcoxy (PFA) and fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), containing 20 to 80 wt % PFA and 80 to 20 wt % FEP, whereby said mixture is mainly composed of PFA and FEP and contains only negligible impurities, and the second layer (2) is composed of FEP.
