    摘要: A steering system (10) includes a fluid motor (18) and a steering unit (16). The steering unit (16) is in fluid communication with the fluid motor (18). The steering unit (16) includes a fluid meter (36) adapted to meter fluid to the fluid motor (18) in response to actuation of the steering unit (16). A valve housing (40) is in fluid communication with the fluid meter (36). The valve housing (40) defines a valve bore (50). A valve assembly (56) is disposed in the valve bore (50). The valve assembly (56) defines a primary fluid path (124) to the fluid meter (36) and to the fluid motor (18) from the fluid meter (36). The valve assembly (56) further defines a secondary fluid path (126) to the fluid motor (18) that bypasses the fluid meter (36). An amount of fluid through the secondary fluid path (126) is based on volumetric efficiency of the fluid motor (18).

    摘要: A rotary fluid pressure device includes a housing section defining an inlet port and a return port. A valving assembly is in fluid communication with the inlet port and the return port. A first fluid meter defines a plurality of volume chambers that are in fluid communication with the valving assembly. A second fluid meter defines a second plurality of volume chambers in selective fluid communication with the valving assembly. A drive assembly is engaged with the first fluid meter and the second fluid meter. The drive assembly has a drive shaft and a drive collar. The drive shaft has a first axial end portion engaged with the first fluid meter and an oppositely disposed second axial end portion, the drive collar is removably coupled to the second axial end portion of the drive shaft. The drive collar is engaged with the second fluid meter.
