    摘要: An operation transistor (3) is connected in series with a ligh-receiving element (1) and a plurality of signal-producing transistors (5a, 5b) are connected in parallel with the operation transistor (3) in a current mirrorfashion. Output signals (0 1 , O2) resulting from photoelectric conversion supplied in parallel to a plurality of circuits are independently supplied through said plurality of signal-producing transistors (5a, 5b), in order to eliminate interference among a plurality of circuits that are served with the output signals (0 1 , 0 2 ) resulting from photoelectric conversion in parallel and that perform predetermined processings. Thus the signals are correctly processed to reduce the consumption of electric power. Furthermore, the response speed is enhanced.
