Described herein is a device (1) for synchronization of a reverse gear for a motor-vehicle gearbox (G) comprising: - a support shaft (2), fixed in rotation; - an idle gear wheel (4) configured for engagement with a first reverse gear wheel (RG1) on a primary shaft (PS) of a gearbox (G) and with a second reverse gear wheel (RG2) on a secondary shaft (SS) of the gearbox (G), said idle gear wheel (4) being mounted freely rotatable and axially slidable on said support shaft and having a hub including a first friction surface (30); and - a synchronizer ring (6) mounted mobile on said support shaft (2) along an axial travel (L) and countered axially by means of an elastic element (8) along said axial travel (L), said synchronizer ring having a second friction surface configured for engagement with said first friction surface. The axial movement of the idle gear wheel (4) towards a position of engagement of the reverse gear causes a drawing of the synchronizer ring (6) that implements, prior to engagement of the reverse gear, a braking of the rotary movement of the idle gear wheel (4). Moreover described is a corresponding manually operated motor-vehicle gearbox (G).

A gear transmission unit, particularly for a motor-vehicle, is provided with a forced lubrication system (3) for lubricating the rolling bearings (B1, B2, B3) and/or further inner components of the transmission unit. The unit is provided with one or more accessory elements in the form of lubricant distribution boxes (S). Each distribution box (S) has a hollow body rigidly connected to the casing (2) of the unit adjacent to a respective channel outlet (5A) which supplies a flow of lubricant under pressure. The hollow body defines an inner lubricant distribution chamber (C) and has an inlet (8) connected to the channel outlet (5A) and two or more outlets (8) connected to further conduits for channels (5B) or chambers, for supplying a flow of lubricant under pressure in parallel to various components to be lubricated inside the transmission casing (2).

A motor-vehicle transmission with a double clutch coupling device comprises an outer housing (3) and an inner housing (23) defining a closed sealed chamber, within which two clutch couplings (11, 12) are arranged having multiple plates immersed in a cooling lubricant fluid. The transmission comprises a fluid actuator member (18, 20) for each clutch coupling (11, 12). At least one of said fluid actuator members is an annular hydraulic cylinder (20) coaxially mounted around the concentric primary shafts (5, 6) of the transmission. This annular cylinder is supported by an annular flange (22) secured to the main supporting structure (2) of the transmission. The inner housing (23) is carried by said flange (22) which supports the annular hydraulic cylinder (20).

A gear change device for a motor vehicle includes at least one primary shaft (P) and at least one secondary shaft (S), which have end portions (P1, S1) on the side opposite to the engine that extend beyond respective rolling bearings (C2, C4) and carry at least one gear pair (R51, R52). The end portions (P1, S1) of the primary and secondary shafts (P, S) are configured for being coupled to respective shaft-extension elements (E1, E2), which carry a further gear pair (R61, R62). The shaft-extension elements (E1, E2) are not mounted when it is desired to obtain a gear change device with n gears, whereas they are mounted when it is desired to obtain a gear change device with at least n+1 gears. Interference-fitted on the coupled parts are cylindrical bushings (B1, B2) that ensure coaxiality of the shaft-extension elements (E1, E2) with the primary and secondary shafts (P, S) and consequent proper meshing of the gear pairs (R51, R52; R61, R62) carried thereby.
