    摘要: A transfer device for distributing the output of transmission to front wheels and rear-wheels through a front power train and a rear power train. The output shaft (13) of the transmission is operatively connected to the rear power train. The transfer device has a drive gear (16) rotatably mounted on the output shaft of the transmission and engaged with a driven gear in the front power train, a fluid operated multi-plate friction clutch (60) having a drive drum (61) and a driven drum (62). The driven drum is secured to the drive gear and the drive drum is secured to the output shaft. A piston (67) is slidably mounted in a piston chamber and operated by oil supplied to a piston oil chamber (69) for engaging the drive drum, with the driven drum. A centrifugal force oil chamber (75) is formed in the fluid operated clutch opposite to the piston oil chamber (69) and is supplied with oil through an oil supply passage having a check valve so as to maintain oil pressure in the centrifugal force oil chamber in the absence of centrifugal force.
