摘要： A reagent for detecting CA19-9 antigen by reverse particle agglutination comprises, sensitised on carrier particles, a novel IgM class monoclonal antibody which recognises an antigenic determinant of CA19-9. The reagent is useful for the diagnosis of digestive organ cancers, particularly pancreas cancer.
