摘要： Disclosed is a multi-segmented fabricated gear rim (14) having two distinct steel layers, an inner layer (15), and an outer layer (16) from which gear teeth are cut. The inner (15) and outer layers (16) are molecularly bonded to each other with the inner layer (15) being a high weldability layer and the outer layer (16) being a high hardenability layer.
