摘要： Human immune system transgenic mouse having the genotype Rag2 -/- , II2rg -/- , Sirpa NOD , Flt3 -/- , engrafted with bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs) obtained from a subject having multiple myeloma, administered with antibodies recognizing human gp130, and administered with human FLT3 ligand (hFLT3-L). Method for predicting the anti-tumour response of the subject to a multiple myeloma treatment, comprising evaluating the anti-tumour response of the humanized mouse of the invention to the multiple myeloma treatment.
