摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for removing a film, in particular a protective film (4), adhering to an essentially flat surface of a plate-like support or adhering to a flat, flexible base film (1) due to adhesion and/or electrostatic charge. The protective film is lifted off of the support or base film by way of a height-adjustable pressure application element (8) comprising an adhesive layer or a self-adhering strip (9). The plate-like support, which is sized to a specific further processing size, or the base film or a multi-layered film arrangement is held at least at the front area on a support table by way of a vacuum suction device (3). After the protective film is raised, it is grasped by a gripper from behind at a removal device that is moveable relative to the support table and is pressed against a back support (6) at the removal device, said film being removed by moving the removal device and suctioned by a suction device.
