    摘要: The invention relates to a ceramic spring element for using at temperatures above 600 °C. Said spring element comprises especially yttrium-stabilised Zr02, scandium-stabilised Zr02, aluminium nitride, aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, or a perovskite with the structure ABO3 where A = lanthanide, alkaline earth or yttrium and B = transition metals, especially Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu. Said spring element is coated in an electroconductive manner and/or consists of an electroconductive ceramic. The inventive spring element is formed as a ceramic film in a tool under the influence of pressure and at a temperature close to the sintering temperature of the ceramic, and is especially suitable for using in a high temperature fuel cell. Unlike metallic spring elements, the ceramic spring element retains its elastic properties over the long-term, a reduction of the restoring force by creeping processes being negligible in this temperature range.
