    摘要： An inkjet recording apparatus includes: a conveyance device which has a moving suctioning surface (30) and which conveys a cut sheet medium by suctioning the medium on the suctioning surface (30), a concavoconvex pattern (32, 34) being formed in the suctioning surface (30) by arranging projecting sections (34) regularly in the suctioning surface (30), and suction holes (36) being arranged regularly in a region of the suctioning surface (30) other than the projecting sections (34); and a recording head which forms an image by ejecting ink by an inkjet method onto a surface of the medium which is conveyed by the conveyance device. It is possible to prevent floating and wrinkling of the medium during conveyance, and an image of high quality can be recorded.

    摘要： Disclosed are a sheet conveying device and an ink jet recording apparatus capable of conveying a sheet in close contact with a drum without wrinkles, In a sheet conveying mechanism which presses a pressing roller against the front surface of a sheet being conveyed by a conveying drum to bring the sheet into close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the conveying drum, a back tension application device is provided at a position immediately before the sheet enters between the conveying drum and the pressing roller. The back tension application device sucks the front surface of the sheet to apply back tension to the sheet. Therefore, it is possible to prevent slackness of the sheet which enters between the pressing roller and the conveying drum and to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles.

    摘要： An aspect of the present invention provides a paper conveyance apparatus (40) which conveys cut sheet paper (P), including: a drum (41) which conveys the paper by wrapping the paper around an outer circumferential surface of the drum and rotating; a pressing roller (42) which presses a front surface of the paper at a prescribed position on the outer circumferential surface of the drum to cause a rear surface of the paper to make tight contact with the outer circumferential surface of the drum; and a back tension application device (300) which applies a back tension to the paper which is introduced between the drum and the pressing roller. In the pressing roller (42), an outer diameter may be formed so as to become smaller from a center towards respective ends, or spiral-shaped grooves (42A) may be formed from a center towards respective ends in a circumferential surface of the pressing roller (42).
