摘要: A dispensing device for a microchip, which discharges a liquid while preventing formation of a layer of air in a well without using a complicated control mechanism. The dispensing device discharges a liquid (F) into a well (11) of a microchip (10). The microchip (10) includes the well (11), which has an opening (11a) at the upper end thereof and is able to contain the liquid (F), and a microchannel (13a), which is in fluid communication with the lower end of the well (11). The well (11) has a well bottom portion (14a) formed by an annular step portion projecting inward at the lower end. The dispensing device discharges the liquid (F) from the tip opening (2a) after the dispensing nozzle (2) has been moved down until the tip opening (2a) is positioned in the well bottom portion.

摘要: There is provided a detection device including: a holding block that holds a transparent tubular body having a curved surface shape; an accommodating hole that is formed in the holding block and in which the tubular body is inserted and accommodated; an optical sensor that includes a light projecting unit which emits detection light for detecting whether or not the tubular body is accommodated in the accommodating hole and a light receiving unit which receives the detection light; and an optical path of the detection light that has a tunnel structure covered with a wall surface, the optical path linearly extending inside the holding block in a direction intersecting with the accommodating hole and being formed at a position away from a radial center of the accommodating hole, in which a wall surface of the accommodating hole and a wall surface of the optical path have a light reflectivity of 30% or less.
