摘要： The present invention relates to a recombinant chimeric protein containing immunogenic regions from the trans-sialidase (TS) protein and amastigote surface protein-2 (ASP-2) from Trypanosoma cruzi and a composition containing said protein that displayed vaccine potential in a murine model. The invention also comprises the use of the chimeric protein for manufacturing vaccines.
