摘要： It is intended to easily, conveniently and selectively detect, identify, extract, separate and purify a phosphorylated amino acid, a phosphorylated peptide or a phosphorylated protein from a sample containing the same. A method which comprises the step wherein a sample containing a phosphorylated amino acid, a phosphorylated peptide or a phosphorylated protein is passed through a reversed phase HPLC column provided with a titanium oxide column as a pretreatment column so as to allow the pretreatment column to sustain the phosphorylated amino acid, the phosphorylated peptide or the phosphorylated protein while allow the reversed phase HPLC column to sustain unphoshorylated amino acid, peptide or protein; the step of eluting the unphoshorylated amino acid, peptide or protein sustained by the reversed phase HPLC column; the subsequent step of eluting the phosphorylated amino acid, the phosphorylated peptide or the phosphorylated protein sustained by the pretreatment column with a buffer; and the step of detecting them.
