    摘要： A paper currency processing device and a paper currency temporary storage device. The paper currency temporary storage device comprises a box body (25) and a controllable telescopic rod whose one end can be fixed in the money outlet (13) of the paper currency processing device, and the telescopic end of the controllable telescopic rod is hinged to the box body (25). The box body (25) is slidably provided at the money outlet (13). When the controllable telescopic rod is located in an end of the telescopic routing, the box body (25) is located on the outside of the money outlet (13) and a money output space in the box body (25) is located in a visible area. The box body (25) can be pushed out of the money outlet and can be pulled back in the money outlet by the controllable telescopic rod of the paper currency temporary storage device, so as to reduce the distance between a client and a paper money temporary storage device and allow the client to see the status of the money output space in the box body clearly, thus reducing paper currency leakage rate during paper currency withdrawing process of the client and ensuring customer interest better.
