摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a component handling assembly (100). The component handling assembly (100) includes a base member, an arm (106) pivotably coupled to the base member, and a beam (108) rotatably coupled to the base member. The component handling assembly (100) also includes a counterweight (150) rotatably coupled to a first end of the beam (108). The component handling assembly (100) further includes a coupling assembly (100) coupled to a second end of the beam (108). The coupling assembly (100) is configured for coupling to a component (34). Rotating the counterweight (150) in a first direction rotates the beam (108), the coupling assembly (100), and the component (34) in a second direction.

摘要: A tool (100) for removing a component from a turbomachine is provided. The tool (100) includes a body (102) having a connection portion (104) for engaging the component. The tool (100) additionally includes a force section (132) connected to the body (102) and configured to transfer a force to the connection portion (104) in a direction at an acute angle relative to longitudinal axis of a dovetail slot (35) of a rotor wheel (34) adjacent to the component.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a coupling assembly (100) for a turbomachine (10). The coupling assembly (100) includes a liner (38) and a sleeve (52) at least partially positioned circumferentially around the liner (38). A frame (104) is positioned between the liner (38) and the sleeve (52). The frame (104) includes a first side wall (110), a second side wall (112), and a base wall (114) extending from the first side wall (110) to the second side wall (112). A block (106) is positioned between the liner (38) and the sleeve (52) and is movable relative to the frame (104) to permit the block (106) to move toward and away from the base wall (114). Moving the block (106) away from the base wall (114) causes the block (106) to exert an inward force on the liner (38) and the base wall (114) to exert an outward force on the sleeve (52).
