摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a coupling assembly (100) for a turbomachine (10). The coupling assembly (100) includes a liner (38) and a sleeve (52) at least partially positioned circumferentially around the liner (38). A frame (104) is positioned between the liner (38) and the sleeve (52). The frame (104) includes a first side wall (110), a second side wall (112), and a base wall (114) extending from the first side wall (110) to the second side wall (112). A block (106) is positioned between the liner (38) and the sleeve (52) and is movable relative to the frame (104) to permit the block (106) to move toward and away from the base wall (114). Moving the block (106) away from the base wall (114) causes the block (106) to exert an inward force on the liner (38) and the base wall (114) to exert an outward force on the sleeve (52).

The tool (130) includes a base (140) including a first arcuate member (142); a second arcuate member (144); and a linear actuator (146) coupling the second arcuate member (144) to the base (140). The linear actuator (146) moves the second arcuate member (144) between a retracted position out of engagement with the out-of-round component (116) and an extended position in which the first arcuate member (142) and the second arcuate member (144) engage an interior surface (154) of the out-of-round component (116) in an opposing relationship to force the out-of-round component (116) into a more round state compared to an initial state of the out-of-round component (116). A related method is also disclosed.

摘要: A tool kit (100) for decoupling a telescoping tube (60) from a liner (42) of a gas turbine engine (10) is disclosed. The tool kit (100) includes a base plate (108) coupled to a combustor casing (32). A post (134) extends outward from the base plate (108) into a combustion chamber (44) defined by the liner (42). A plunger (148) slidably mounts to the post (134) and is slidable between an extended position and a retracted position. A lever arm (160) pivotably couples to the post (134) and the plunger (148). Pivoting the lever arm (160) in a first direction slides the plunger (148) to the extended position to decouple the telescoping tube (60) from the liner (42). A retaining clip (104) couples to the combustor casing (32) and extends into an annular plenum (50) at least partially defined between the liner (42) and the combustor casing (32). The retaining clip (104) defines a notch (212) that receives the telescoping tube (60) after the plunger (148) decouples the telescoping tube (60) from the liner (42).
