摘要: An inspection system (20) and related methods that employ directional light for enhanced imaging are provided. The inspection system (20) includes an inspection camera (24) and at least one directional light source (26) positionable in an offset position from a field of view (46) of the inspection camera (24). The at least one directional light source (26) is configured to emit directional light from the offset position into the field of view (46) of the inspection camera (24) so as to produce shadows on a surface of interest (48). Further, the inspection system (20) includes a display device (34) coupled to the inspection camera 24) and the inspection camera (24) is configured to capture one or more images of the shadows produced on the surface of interest (48). The display device (34) is configured to receive and display the one or more images.

Fluid circuit 63 may include channels 47 within electroformed heat exchanger tubes 41 or the heat exchanger core 54 and extend from inlet manifold 66 to outlet manifold 68 for directing fluid or oil through channels 47 and include fluid or oil supply inlet 86 connected to inlet manifold 66 for receiving the fluid or oil flowed into inlet manifold 66 and a fluid or oil supply outlet 88 connected to fluid or oil supply outlet 88 for discharging fluid or oil flowed out of fluid or oil outlet manifold 68. Heat exchanger tubes 41 or heat exchanger core 54, inlet manifold 66, outlet manifold 68, supply inlet 86 and supply outlet 88 may be integrally and monolithically electroformed together.
