    摘要: The present invention relates to a damping means for absorbing structural vibrations or high excitation frequencies between a first component and a second component of a turbomachine, particularly in connection with high temperature operating conditions. The first component may be a combustor or a burner of a gas turbine and the second component may be e.g. a fuel supply line (130), connected to or passed through a wall (110) of said first component. According to the invention the damping means consists of at least one wire mesh element (200). According to a preferred embodiment the wire mesh element 200 is inserted into a housing (250) with a radially outer surface of the wire mesh element 200 being compressed by the housing (250), and a radially inner surface of the wire mesh element (200) closely surrounding the second component (130), wherein said housing (250) is fixedly connected to the wall (110) of the first component, e.g. by a weld seam (280).
