摘要： Letterbox apparatus (10), for receiving items such as post or mail into a receiving space (58) such as a building interior, includes a closure member (20). In use, the apparatus (10) is mounted in a letterbox opening (14) and is movable between an open condition and a closed condition. The apparatus (10) includes a locking device (22) which is movable between a locked condition in which the locking device (22) locks the closure member (20) in the closed condition and an unlocked condition in which the locking device (22) permits the closure member (20) to move between the open and closed conditions.
