摘要： A collapsible frame structure (12) for a playard (10). The collapsible frame structure (12) includes a plurality of legs (18), and a plurality of cross members (22) arranged so that at least one cross member (22) extends between, and is pivotally connected to, respective adjacent legs (18) to form a side of the playard (10). The frame structure (12) also includes a plurality of slider joints (30,40;284), each slider joint slidingly engaging a respective one of the legs (18), and a plurality of pivot joints (24; 140), each pivot joint on a respective one of the legs (18). The frame structure (12) also includes at least one latch mechanism (50) configured to selectively engage at least one of the slider joints (30,40;284) with its respective leg (18), wherein each cross member (22) is mounted to the respective adjacent legs (18) by the slider joint (30,40;284) on a first of the respective adjacent legs (18) and by the pivot joint (24;140) on a second of the respective adjacent legs (18).
