摘要: Provided are an organic light-emitting diode, OLED, lamp panel (100) and a lighting device. A display region (110) of the lamp panel includes at least one main display region (114) and a display peripheral region (115). The main display region (114) is regular in shape and is formed by splicing multiple main light-emitting units (111) of the same shape. The display peripheral region (115) consists of a peripheral region I (116) and/or a peripheral region II (117). The peripheral region I (116) is formed by multiple first peripheral light-emitting units (112) with regular shapes. The display region (110) of the OLED lamp panel (100) is designed to include at least one main display region (114) and a display peripheral region (115). The at least one main display region (114) is regular in shape so that various display elements can be achieved, thereby achieving multiple modes such as steering, rhythm, warning, and welcome. The display peripheral region (115) can achieve the full-screen display of the OLED lamp panel (100), which not only meets the special-shaped requirements of automobile taillights, but also improves the utilization rate of brightness space and area under the design requirements of the limited number and position of OLED lamp panels (100), thereby meeting the difficult design requirement of lighting devices.

At least one luminescent region is provided. In each luminescent region, the insulating layer is provided with multiple aperture regions, and an aperture region is disposed at a position corresponding to a tree-shaped transparent electrode.

摘要: Provided are an organic light-emitting diode, OLED, device and a manufacturing method therefor. The OLED device includes a substrate and an encapsulation layer. The substrate is divided into a pixel region and an encapsulation region. The substrate and the encapsulation layer are connected by means of a sealing medium. A first electrode layer, an organic light-emitting layer and a second electrode layer are stacked at the pixel region on the substrate, and a buffer layer is provided between the first electrode layer and the substrate. In the present disclosure, the buffer layer is provided so that the problem of side etching occurring in dry etching of an auxiliary electrode is solved, and metal ions of a glass substrate are blocked from penetrating into the first electrode layer/auxiliary electrode, thereby avoiding the occurrence of electrochemical corrosion; the auxiliary electrode is added so that the luminance uniformity of a panel is improved; moreover, a pixel defining layer is provided on the first electrode layer and the auxiliary electrode and is in direct contact with the buffer layer, and the material of the pixel defining layer and the material of the buffer layer are each an inorganic compound, which forms a structure well surrounding an effective pixel region and/or pixels of an OLED, thereby avoiding the release of volatile gas (outgassing) into the interior of the pixel to cause pixel shrinkage, and improving the reliability of the OLED panel.

摘要: Disclosed is a highly stable organic light-emitting panel comprising a substrate and a plurality of pixelated OLED circuit assemblies, wherein the substrate is further provided with an auxiliary electrode and a plurality of circuit protection structures, each of the plurality of circuit protection structures is electrically connected to a corresponding pixelated first electrode in each OLED circuit assemblies, and the plurality of circuit protection structures are respectively electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode, the insulator covers the auxiliary electrode, the plurality of circuit protection structures and an area between the plurality of circuit protection structures and the plurality of OLED circuit assemblies; and when a current passing through a pixel with short-circuit defect in any one of the plurality of OLED circuit assemblies is greater than a predetermined fusing threshold value of the circuit protection structure, the circuit protection structure corresponding to the pixel with short-circuit defect is adapted to fuse, thereby isolating the OLED circuit assembly corresponding to the pixel with short-circuit defect from normal working pixel. The present invention can isolate OLED circuit assemblies having defects, thereby providing real time protection to OLED panel against defects and thus improving the reliability of the panel.
