摘要： A method for preparing photoactive perovskite materials is provided. The method comprises the step of preparing a BiX 3-y X' y precursor ink. Preparing a BiX 3-y X' y precursor ink comprises the steps of: introducing BiX 3-y X' y into a vessel, introducing a first solvent to the vessel, and contacting the BiX 3-y X' y with the first solvent to dissolve the BiX 3-y X' y . The method further comprises depositing the BiX 3-y X' y precursor ink onto a substrate, drying the BiX 3-y X' y precursor ink to form a thin film, annealing the thin film, and rinsing the thin film with a second solvent and a salt.
