摘要: An optical current transformer in which an influence of a temperature change in a magneto-optic sensor unit is compensated to conduct measurements with high accuracy by the following structure: Between two polarizers 4 and 5 having mutually different transmission polarized light directions, a Faraday rotator 6 is disposed to form a magneto-optic sensor unit. Light beams from optical transmission units 2 and 2' are inputted to the magneto-optic sensor unit in opposite directions. Two light sources 7 and 7' for emitting the input light beams emit light beams having the same waveform characteristics. Light beams outputted from the magneto-optic sensor unit are converted to electric signals by photoelectric conversion units 8 and 8'. Two light beams traveling through the magneto-optic sensor unit in mutually opposite directions are subjected to intensity modulation by using mutually different frequencies. From the electric signals after photoelectric conversion, intensity-modulated frequency components are selectively extracted. The change of quantity of light caused in two light beams by the Faraday effect is derived by differential computation.

摘要: A large number of teeth are formed on the outer circumference of a rotor (1). A stator (2) is disposed around the rotor. The stator has multiple magnetic poles whose number is n times the number of phases. Each pole has formed on its surface a plurality of teeth at a pitch equal to the rotor tooth pitch. 摘要: The invention discloses a rotation detecting means for detecting the rotation state of a rotating body, in which a magnetic recording medium (4) on which N and S magnetic poles are alternately recorded at a constant interval is fixed symmetrically with respect to a rotary shaft of a rotating body (3) whose rotation state is to be detected, and an MR element (5) comprising magnet-resistive elements [R u, R 12, R 21, R 22 ] is mounted at a fixed position relative to the magnetic recording medium so that the rotation state of the rotating body can be detected from variation of the values of resistance of the magnet-resistive elements caused by the rotation, of the body. N and S poles are recorded on the magnetic recording medium (4) with a small pole pitch P. The magnet-resistive elements (R " , R 12, R " , R22) are formed to have a width sufficiently smaller than the pole pitch. The magnet-resistive elements constitute a first group (R " , R 12 ) and a second group (R 21, R 22 ), the magnet-resistive elements of each group being disposed with an interval equal to the pole pitch or half the pole pitch. The magnet-resistive elements are disposed in such a manner that the interval between the groups is deviated from the pole pitch, whereby a circuit comprising these magnet-resistive elements can detect the rotation of the rotating body.

摘要: A control process for positioning an electric motor (2) provided with a rotation angle detector (4) at a designated position positively at a high speed without being accompanied with hunting notwithstanding variation in the motor current and inertia of a load. The control process activated upon stating of the motor and ending at the stoppage of the motor at the designated position includes a first control region (0-6 4 ) in which acceleration of the motor having been started is detected and subsequently a constant speed operation of the motor is effected at a maximum speed, a deceleration initiating time point (θ 4 ) which is determined in dependence on the acceleration (a,), a second control region (θ 4 -θ 3 ) in which the motor is decelerated in accordance with a deceleration pattern determined in dependence on a rotation angle extending between a position corresponding to the deceleration initiating time point and the commanded stop position, motor torque and inertia of load detected at the deceleration initiating time point, a third control region (6 3 -6 2 ) in which the motor is progressively decelerated by reducing corresponding the gain of voltage (current) applied to the motor when the motor position approaches to the commanded stop position, a fourth control region (θ 2 -θ 1 ) in which when the motor stops short of or beyond the commanded position, the duty of voltage applied to the motor is progressively increased to thereby re-start the motor toward the commanded position, and a fifth control region (θ 1 ) in which the motor is held at the commanded stop position.
