    摘要： In the system a specification is inputted for specifying items constituting a document and a partaker who inputs contents corresponding to the items are specified; contents pertinent to the items are inputted and referred; and priority is given, on the basis of the document specification, to the inputting of an item and a content by the specified partaker. Further, a paper form may be designated for specifying a rule of layout of contents on a page corresponding to items in the document specifications and design patterns decorating the page; a paper sheet of the form specified in the above may be supplied at the start of drafting the contents; and priority may be given to a change of the paper format by a given partaker.
